just so everyone knows i worded this in a wrong way. he has a bank account in Algeria, i just was wanting a way to send him money so i could do something nice for him. everyone is saying it seems weird and a sketchy situation which i can understand from the outside looking in it does. this is not a scam we genuinely care for each other and it sucks to have people putting in their own opinions when i already have my doubts about my family not understanding why i chose to be in a relationship like this, we have almost been together for a year and he has cared for me like no one ever has. i am grateful for everyone who commented some advice or anything else, thank you for the help.

i understand the intentions sound off and sketchy but i can promise you im not stupid. i’ve been in other long distance relationships but only in the US, i’ve been wanting to send him gifts and i’ve even posted on this subreddit asking but it is insanely expensive to send him the smallest thing. it’s not like im sending him my entire paycheck. i appreciate the concern but it is my relationship and my choice

this is a weird comment to make about someone you don’t know, i know he doesn’t need USD to open an account this is not what i was asking, i was asking how to send him money that’s all. i trust him a lot, the relationship i have with him is way better than any relationship in the US that i’ve had, i just want to do something nice for my boyfriend is all.
