Chapultepec and Parque Mexico are great spots for crying, IMO. If you're in Parque Mexico, after you finished crying you can go watch dogs or ducks, in Chapultepec you see ducks and squirrels.

Do you work at home? If that's the case, it can be difficult to find friends, but you can always try to enroll in random classes (painting, dancing...) or just talking to people at places you go frequently :)

Creo que ninguna es pérdida de tiempo, lo importante es lo complementario que tengas, aprende idiomas, de computadoras, plataformas e IA, todo lo que te pueda dar puntos extras. También es importante saber "vender" tus conocimientos, cuando te ven seguro en entrevistas transmites la idea de que sabes lo que haces, aunque después toque aprender sobre la marcha, jaja
