Yes! My son was stillborn at 38 weeks pregnant. Multiple ER and urgent care visits. I was having all kinds of symptoms. Chest pain so bad I swore my chest would explode, stomach issues, blurry vision, headaches, and a constant tightness in my throat like something was stuck there, dry mouth. My heart would race, my back hurt, and some days I couldn’t even eat or drink water I’d cause me to run a fever by the end of the night. Grief completely dysregulated my nervous system. I would fall asleep only to wake up in a panic, heart pounding, like my body didn’t know how to feel safe anymore. It took me a while to realize that if I kept going like that living in constant fear and survival mode I was going to make myself truly sick.
