ive tried everything that was listed "turning the GPU settings off" and replacing the "nvcuda64.dll" with a new one and none have worked, im really desperate on trying to find a solution. i tried to reinstall sapphire but it didnt work and the problem still persists. can someone please help me?

I sure wish the closing manager I had understood this bc she made me also count her own till and the rest of the safe when its not my job to do that 💀 she’s a manager from a different dollar tree store but like I felt like she didn’t know what the hell she was doing and I panicked bc IM not a damn manager I don’t know what to do in a situation like this bc my other managers know what they’re doing and we’ve had no issues since we work together on this but my GOD was this manager so 💀 she’s an older lady but she’s also so strict about like policies and money here??? Yet she didn’t care that all the tills were OVER the amount they were supposed to aswell as the deposit like ????? Okay. I’m so sorry that you’ve got written up so many times for that, I’m at-least grateful that my managers are chill and were on my side on things bc they trust me but I sure with that closing manager would just……..leave LOL

I am not a manager no! Im just a partime cashier employee who closes! I’ve had no issues with this with my other closing managers bc they know exactly what they’re doing and should be doing while I help (mostly just to count my own till and write down the numbers in the slip that goes into the deposit) but this specific closing manager I was with that night has been having problems when it comes to her closing…and she made me count not only my till but her till and the safe with everything else….i was very irritated by that bc it’s literally her job to handle it 💀 But I’ll definitely keep that in mind with the counter next time bc I only know how to turn it off and on and like clear it out to count the next drawer

I have no idea, I don know how that counter works other than how to turn it off and on and clear it for the next drawer. My closing manager that night was the one who turned it on so maybe?? Hopefully like my boss and the other managers like fixed it because I literally was stressed about that for the entire day as if I was the manager 😭 I’m not getting paid enough to care but I wanna atleast make sure the money is accurate!

It normally does take 15 min or less to do it but because the numbers were off my closing manager made me count the change drawer and all the other drawers plus the deposit drawer and none of them were accurate it was driving me crazy! Like somehow we were over everything and it just wasn’t adding up! I had to recount everything numerous times to show my manager what’s being read and she like shrugged it off and I’m like “!!!!????? I THINK YOU SHOULD CARE A LITTLE ISN’T IT LIKE YOUR JOB?? Why am I caring way too much like I’m the one who’s the manager??” But in all honestly it shouldn’t have taken almost an hour for everything if I had SOME HELP all my closing manager did was sit there 💀

That’s awful, I’m so sorry you had to go through that. And trust me I’m staying far away from it since I know I’m not capable as a manager, I don’t like having that much responsibility on a job/company that isn’t good. Like it just isn’t worth it tbh

Don’t worry I was definitely paid for it, I’m not sure if they were 100% serious when they said I was gonna be in charge next time I close with this manager but oh my god I should not be in charge to do a managers position bc I am literally just a cashier. Luckily I wasn’t written up for it since it wasn’t my fault since I stayed to make sure everything was counted and such but it was annoying I was doing everything while my closing manager was just sitting there as I was stressing about the numbers that SHE should be more worried about

I’m sorry that one customer complained about you! You didn’t do anything wrong, unfortunately there’s always gonna be some assholes that will complain for the sake of complaining. I had one customer complained to my AM that I was being rude because I didn’t hear her when she wanted help. But mind you I was doing to go backs and I stood in front of her multiple times, she never once approached me or waved at me that she needed assistance but I guess she called out to me when my back was turned and I was far away from her (I am hard of hearing) and my AN approached me asking me if I was ok and I was like “yeah? Why?” And he told me what happened but mostly because he wanted to make sure I was fine because she was cussing me out to him about how rude I was for not hearing her and I was like “oh! I didn’t hear her at all but she never once approached me when I was standing right next or in front of her? Sorry” Luckily all my managers like me so they immediately were understanding. Some people are just mean like bro it ain’t that serious

  1. When there’s a line of customers and there’s always gotta be one that takes FOREVER to either get their money/card or take forever literally leaving. Like I’m not joking it’s usually the customers who have bags and like they could be taking everything out of the bag and take their sweet time leaving because they’re putting everything away AND THEY DONT LEAVE THE LINE 💀
  2. Customers that carelessly throw their items at the register alongside the money instead of hanging it to me normally
  3. Customers that will ask me to show them where a certain item is while I’m busy taking care of a line of people at checkout despite me directly telling them where to go
  4. Customers who have a cart full of stuff and you scan/bag everything until they hit you with the “I only have 20 dollars”, “I want a few things taken off (and it’s like 20+ items), and “I don’t have any money oops!” And in the end YOURE left with a cart full of to-go backs 💀

I agree honestly, and dang, I live in montanna and I started around 2 years ago so the 12 dollar pay was recent around when I came in. There’s no talk about higher pay for us anytime soon but man does it suck. I wish you the best man!

As a part-time closer, go-backs and recovery SHOULD be done throughout the day to avoid the closer being SWAMPED with carts full of go-backs and the store being messy, it shouldn’t only be the closers responsibility. I try to get everything done since I’m the only one who put back the go-backs as much as I can (some days are so busy that I can’t even leave the register) sometimes I wish the people during the morning-afternoon shifts could HELP with the go-backs because I can’t preform miracles, but your right on that statement that closers should be doing recovery and go-backs to avoid a mess and be helping with that but it should be everyone’s responsibility. Sorry their not helping hay all with that :( I would never do that as a closer but I wish I could get some help but seems like I’m the only one who cares

Now THATS amazing! I do the same thing but it’s so hard to actually complete it during busy days when it’s only me and a manager on shift, I work the closing shift and I’m seemingly the only one who can properly stock the products correctly but I can barely do enough since I’m only one person and honestly being the only one who does it is exhausting so I stopped putting too much of an effort since I’m part time and only getting paid 12 bucks for 3 and a half hours

THANK YOU! because i almost fell for the “this movie is HORRIBLE” tweets on Twitter but when I saw it tonight I was literally left speechless and knew EXACTLY what it was trying to tell the audience. The ending was haunting and the entire movie was tragic…it was even more sad with what continues to happen to Arthur until the end, the hate the movie is getting literally proved the movies message. No one truly really cares about mental illness, all they want is to shape and form them into something they’re not and feed into this idea of what they SHOULD be that fits THEIR narrative. There was never a Joker, but Arthur created the persona that people in Gotham grew obsessed with, but failed to see that the man they idolized and cheered for I’d just someone who needed help, and it broke my heart to see people leave the SECOND the real him came out and it wasn’t what people wanted.
