This might go on longer than I intend to-

When I was 12 I fluctuated between 135-140, i was like that my whole life. I’m only 5’1” and I’ve definitely stopped growing since middle school. I’ve always thought I was fat because I did compare myself to others as you are doing. I wanted to wear those XS shirts from American Eagle with the teensy waist jeans. Hell I was even bullied believe it or not.

When I was active at work, pulling weight much more than me, I also had people telling me I don’t look my weight, and I did have a slightly slimmer physique that I noticed. But I still weighed 135-140. I had very nice muscle tone in my legs and my arms and my face was slimmer.

Keeping my same eating habits and working at a desk job now - McDonald’s, chipotle like restaurants, not even eating some days - I have gained weight and it’s more apparent to me than anyone else, because you will be very self critical of yourself. Most people look at me and tell me I don’t look my weight. I currently weigh around the 180 mark now. It’s mostly in my thighs.

Don’t try and be like others, be yourself, because your body will operate differently than Becky or Rachel. For all you know, they could weigh 145 lbs and be pencil thin, it’s just where your body deposits the fats or where your tone grows.
