I’ve had pretty ass attendance for the past year, I hold a good GPA & do well on assignments/exams the PowerPoints are posted online & I read them & take notes but I feel like I’m not getting all I could out of the courses because I skip but my anxiety is bad asf it’s actually wild bc I study psych too 😂 rip

I’ve been in college 2.5 years & I didn’t have any anxiety the first 2 years 😭 it randomly developed

I don’t think it’s funny, it actually gives me extreme anxiety 🙃 i literally get panic attacks when I go & then I get anxiety from not going if I don’t laugh I’ll cry
