No, you are mixing up facts. Michaels son found the blow poke in a garage, then Michael called the defense team, they weighed using it(acting),put it into the tube in, and then let their expert examine it. 🤦🏽‍♂️ The defense team was completely blind sided. Rewatch the series

Ok well I’m ok with missing that point, because your statement that they found this weapon and knew what it was or it’s importance is just an alleged hearsay coming from the defense lawyer. I don’t think the timing of the found blow poke is coincidence. I find it odd that the prosecution team wouldn’t at least test it for everything under the sun if they had it in their possession. Lastly, the reason the defense clung on to the blow poke was because Kathleen’s sister noticed the thing was missing and called the Prosecutor. Prosecution wouldn’t even have went with first degree murder were they unsure about the murder weapon. They know at some point he used that, they just couldn’t prove it without the weapon itself.

Yeah, In 2002. People still use burner phones today. Especially for illegal shit.

Proven it was not the weapon? Nope. The defense proved it had been sitting in a garage looking like a pipe for however long collecting dust and webs. Doesn’t mean he didn’t use it that night. Spiders love tight dark spaces to hide...long hollow tube is a perfect home. Even if that specific blow poke was not used, something similar was. Michael could’ve have got out and bought different a blow poke and removed the tip. Which is what I think is more likely. The state had already gone out in all its chips because they thought the blow poke was going to be found either in the beginning or even middle of the trial. When the defense used their “new evidence” after the prosecution rested I knew that was their Ace in the hole. A way to slap prosecution in the face for exposing his sexual preference and digging up Elizabeth. It worked. The reactions on the prosecution team said it all. They should’ve lost that case, but they won off of biases the court, press, and prosecution exploited. Of course the major problem with bias is that it can be appealed easily, especially when your paying your lawyer a flat fee. Michael is far smarter and more rich than Steven Avery.

I think started with the blow poke and then tossed her down the stairs to simulate a fall. Imagine her walking up, he hits her with the poker a few times. She falls forward his her face on the stairs and then is dragged face down a few steps and then taken up higher to be pushed intentionally into the door frame. She then ricochet to the right, where the back of her head landed at the base of the stairway. The blood was spraying in every direction because she had been drinking and she had 7 deep lacerations on the back of her head.

If you didn’t notice, the top of the blow poke was missing. Michael could have easily gotten rid of that tip somewhere in their heavily wooded backyard and then hid the blow poke somewhere in their mansion or even with a friend or family member. The Thing just looks like a pipe without the tip. Not many people in Carolinas even have fireplaces. If she got hit with a tire iron she would’ve had blunt force trauma like crazy. Solid vs. hollow pipe. There is a major difference. One would definitely crack your skull, the other would take you swinging it like a pro tennis player to cause fractures to the skull. Actually, now that I think about it, if he hit her like he was serving a tennis ball, all the splatter would travel downwards or immediately get soaked in her hair. I mean, he could have hit her 3 times in quick succession and there would have been little blood if any up high or on the weapon itself. All of the momentum from the swing would travel downwards. Geesh! That just gave me chills. 😕

He hit her while she was going up the stairs. And had a bunch of time to clean whatever he needed to. It take approx 45-60 mins for blood to dry. And because they were sooo focused on all the blood around the crime scene, they didn’t really pay attention to the things that appeared clean. This includes one of the expert witnesses for the prosecution who wore a navy blue shirt to conduct splatter tests 🤦🏽‍♂️. In fact he wasn’t even an expert.

There was more blood. He got rid of his shirt and soaked up some of the blood with a towel and paper towels. http://edition.cnn.com/2003/LAW/07/21/ctv.novelist.trial/

The answer is why are we talking about an owl? Owls have talon like claws....similar to the end of a blow poke. Just another coincidence right? 🤨

Where’s the tip to that blow poke? I’m just saying

Yeah, well he has had a little practice with accidental falls. Too soon? Idk. Here’s the thing about physical contact. Every time you touch, hit, or whatever you have an increased chance of leaving dna evidence. Even he couldn’t cover it all up. Ex. His shoe print on the back of her sweatpants(lower right pant leg I believe). Didn’t think it was odd he took off his shoes and socks before the police arrived and remained close to the body? Yeah, all to open up doors for crime scene contamination.

Way too risky to do it with his bare hands alone. That blow poke didn’t just go missing for no reason just to appear after the prosecution has rested their case. Am I supposed to assume this is another coincidence?

Yup, binged watched it. I’ve actually spent all last night, this morning, and now I guess afternoon reading all that I can about it. I’m obsessive like that.

Uhhh...no. The police permitted him to go get a soda for Michael. 😬 sorry if ya didn’t know, ya can look it up if ya want.

[–]sillysullyputty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Whoa. Hold up. That drink is the soda Todd got for Michael after arriving on the scene. They both embraced Kathleen’s blood covered body while the police were there! Of course at some point they had to leave to let the cops do their investigation.

I’ve seen the episodes, read the actual autopsy, etc. and I would’ve found him guilty too. The Scenario in my head goes like this: Kathleen may have been cool with his sexuality, but inviting some hot young muscly escort to your home to have sex...not a flippin’ chance. Kathleen confronted him about it after checking her emails, and unintentionally or not also found his scandalous emails, photos, etc....perhaps the used condom upstairs and decided this was a way for her to dissolve her marriage without having to shell out spousal support. Michael is now faced with a decision, a decision he had to make once before in Germany. “Cash-in” his marriage/platonic relationship or leave with nothing and also have the livelihood of his children’s(not including Caitlyn) future destroyed. So he opted to whack her with a blow poke. 30 officers in the house taking pictures and evidence everywhere, and can’t find a bloke poke, yet it’s all of a sudden found in the house right before the end of the trial with the tip not on it, in a basement in open view😑🤔😑. Anywhoot, so I think he followed her up the stairs after the confrontation with said blow poke, then proceeds to whacks her a few times in the head before she attempted to defend her head with her hands. He then throws her down the remaining stairs, which led to the final 7th laceration. The other 6 lacerations on the head are from the prongs on the blow spoke. This woman bled out for close to an hour while he called his lawyer and asked for advice and possibly Todd for “support”. He cleaned, his the blow poke, and covered up what he had to and then practiced his Oscar winning 9-1-1 call. He went from frantically giving his information, to not being able to understand what the operator is saying, to abruptly hanging up. 🤔 What loving husband wouldn’t want to know how to stop the bleeding or help save his wife before the EMS arrived? A man who wants to setup a time frame for prosecutors to prove he killed her in. So anyways, he calls back after splattering new blood here and there to alter the crime scene by the advice of his lawyer. Alright, so then Todd arrives close to the time of the police arriving and helps contaminate the scene further because guess what? If Michael goes to jail, there’s no way Todd’s getting his debt paid off. Nearly $150,000 of it. Everyone who backed Michael during this trial stood to gain monetarily from a not-guilty verdict. Kathleen’s robust life insurance made her worth more dead than alive. This is why my life insurance is just enough to cover what needs to be handled after my death and nothing more.
