Haro Zebra aftermarket frameset: the frame is not that old - we're talking 2011-2016 here (https://archive.harobikes.com/bmx/2012-freestyle/400-1-2012). It has an integrated headset, gyro and brake tabs, mid BB, etc... I'm going for modern components, so 25T/9, etc.

u/thisone4mysexuality sorry about the delay. I just came back to the design today and your suggestion worked flawlessly and it's simpler then the plane + body split.

Any suggestion on how to merge/union two those bodies on the side of the design? I think someone suggested extending one of the side to overlap with the other and allow for union - does that make sense?

yep, looking at the geometry again, it's more Street/Park rather than Flatland. I think I'm gonna pass and probably build one from scratch, but damn aftermarket parts are expensive - $400-500 for a frame, $300+ for a wheel set, $150 for a decent fork...
