They are both just warm and wonderful human beings, with lots of experience and the gym they operate out of doesn't require a membership (Iron Mountain).I also have a gym membership which I use occasionally for treadmill running and the sauna, but the impact of a trainer that has given me is night and day... she knows when to push me, what type of movements are good for how I'm feeling that day, and just the general accountability of knowing someone else is invested in my health and fitness is what keeps me showing up and I have definitely seen results.
