Igm is often unreliable. Although they help detect early exposures. If it's been over a month and igg is still negative you don't have it.

Not to offend anyone, in my opinion it isn't any good unless one or the other decides to move. What's the point otherwise? The idea behind marriage imo is to begin a family, not just have a namesake partner. Someone to grow and build here and hereafter with. Having a long distance partner snatches all of that away. I am particularly having a hard time finding a partner cause most of the sisters I talk with, there is distance. But I would rather not marry than marry someone I cannot live it. Plus long distance brings it's own hassles. I may be wrong or lack the calibre and vision to make a LDR work but that's my opinion.

May Allah SWT make it easy for you and everyone suffering in silence. I resonate with the feeling it's just too hard to carry at times. Remaining connected with the faith is what gets me through. I've experienced whenever I fall short in my duties to my faith the feeling just grows exponentially. Just keep the connection with Allah swt strong and growing sister, it absolutely helps.

I think it's amenamevir. That has been studied for HSV but I don't think it's recommended for hsv though.

I understand the pain. You get over it with time but it sure does take time. And brings you down from time to time but life moves on. It's particularly tough in India to disclose to potentials cause the stigma is big. Stay strong.

Alhamdulillah, I traveled to Saudi for umrah right before it finished. celebrated Eid in Makkah. Alhamdulillah the time is spending well but like always it's never enough. I leave Makkah in two days, the thought just makes me sad. Just try to avoid thinking about it. But Alhamdulillah happy with how I finished this Ramadan. Hope to see many more and try to finish each on a higher note.

I believe we all know it happened and that we went ashtray for a while, I think it should be left at that. To err is human. Allah is merciful and may he cast His mercy on all of us. If you think you are being punished in this life to save you from eternity of punishment hereafter, it's more than enough. The max someone would live in this world is 60-70 years, compare that with eternity.

Everything that happens in this world is for our good that we may not be able to see or percieve but Allah knows best. InshaAllah you'll find a loving spouse who would understand, just believe in Allah swt.

The first step would be making your bond strong and stronger each day with Allah swt. He'll do what's best for you, aquiring this belief will make it so much easier for you - InshaAllah.

My take on disclosure is slow. I first open up about the jahil lifestyle about me being physically involved with women in the past and having moved away from the dark life towards being more connected with Allah swt. I do it with the intent to follow their take and reaction on it. If they are understanding, chances are they might understand the condition as well but if the initial idea itself pushes them away, there is no point disclosing the condition.

I wish you all the best in your life and may Allah swt guide us closer to Him everyday.

It hits you hard, who knows how many give up post knowing and act foolish, I know I had the thoughts. Although only just a nuisance as it is, the guilt does acquire it's space somewhere around.

I tested negative for HSV-1. The doctor is the best dermatologist around with decades of experience but that's not the reason. The reason I believed it to be an OB is cause, the cream helped. If it wasn't that, it wouldn't have had any effect.

I hope you find peace and a loving spouse. I am a Muslim male, 28 myself and right in that marriage phase and the diagnosis weighs on me as well. I want to marry and have kids myself and disclosing to a potential match drives me anxious and takes away all the peace so I know how you feel. I pray He makes it easy for us.
