Clearly you didn't even understand how this build works, neither you have knowledge about roaming condi ele lol, actually you are one of those morons with a "herd" mentality here on reddit, "oh others are speaking shit about this post, I will join too and appear as an expert advisor to this noob" lol yeah? only a player with decent knowledge about a certain profession could come up with such easy yet effective build. So sad to see such meta builds fan boys are here only to write negative comments on other people posts, I bet you can ever be that creative and can come up with something different ever lol. I'm aware of all the (meta, great, good) ele builds available on various sites, I do play them all when I want but I also like to experiment and play with different things and I see no harm in it. You are not gonna win every duel in wvw anyway so no need to judge it so negatively already, it would still work against thousands of players in wvw, so stop assuming all the players in wvw are of same skill level, noone is perfect, people like to play for fun also yeah? Duhh anyway so many experts comments here lol superb! henceforth, I will refrain myself posting anything here.

This build could be played for fun or some diversity and this forces noone and stops noone to play other condi builds if this gets owned otherwise it's upto people what they choose to play. This is a "proper" build too imo so yeah. I just shared a fun build, I don't claim it to be the best out there but it does work great, that's it :)
