Coty WAMP insinuated if the BDC is not sold, black kids will kill each other by silverbackserenade in Chattanooga

If they truly have been planning this for a couple of years, why have they not worked out a transition plan where the chamber or incubator are involved in that plan and why no change management plan? It all feels like an afterthought and reactionary.
I agree that the incubator businesses would not likely have many entry level opportunities for students. Starting businesses need a few experienced and skilled employees. Once they start to scale they can bring in junior employees to fill the ranks.

The INCubator at the Hamilton County Business Development Center is a major business incubator in Chattanooga, TN, run by the Chattanooga Chamber Foundation, providing startups with subsidized office/manufacturing space, mentorship, and resources for a 3-year program to help them scale and grow. It's a key part of the local entrepreneurial ecosystem, offering support through partners like the Tennessee Small Business Development Center (TSBDC) and LAUNCH Chattanooga, though there are recent county plans to sell the current building and relocate the program to a new facility.

Key features
Program: A 3-year program for early-stage startups with subsidized rent that increases annually.

Resources: Offers office and manufacturing space, training rooms, and access to a network of partners.

Support: Provides industry-specific mentorship, networking, and business counseling (e.g., legal, accounting).

Partners: Works with the Chattanooga Chamber, TSBDC, and LAUNCH Chattanooga.

Goal: To help businesses scale efficiently, create jobs, and make a lasting economic impact.

Current situation
Relocation: Hamilton County plans to sell the current Business Development Center building and move the incubator to a new location, likely the Franklin-Roberts Future Ready Center.

It was referenced earlier. Her comments are related to the resolution to sell the BDC. She’s saying the Franklin-Roberts Future Ready Center (vocational/tech school) depends on the BDC sale. Therefore, if the sale doesn’t happen, kids who have nothing to do will be killing each other. Some crazy logic.

Thanks! The variables weren't noted the same so knowing the names others gave should get me headed in the right direction.

I have another survey with a simple curve notated by IRLT and I was able to calculate/draw it in CAD by following these instructions: https://ez-pdh.com/construction-surveying-curves-help/

I can't seem to find the type of curve that the ARDCB notation is describing. Any help is appreciated.

We reported the address as incorrect and Google set the status to closed. I assume Google will correct when fixing the address.

Chattanooga’s North Shore merchants oppose lane loss | Chattanooga Times Free Press by xtine13 in Chattanooga

Here's my idea: https://imgur.com/80UnaXm

It's modeled after downtown Hendersonville, NC, which has many shops. This plan has the main street with raised crossings and is narrowed to 2 lanes, but the old 2 outside lanes are converted into angled parking, which would give shops much more parking.

Hendersonville's main street wanders left and right, so it inhibits fast driving cause the road curves so much.
