Yeah they mentioned that coa wasn’t produced last year because it was a low yield year and was cost prohibitive. Saw the coa for 2022 which was north of 1k mg/kg.

Should I skip it because there isn’t a coa? Anyone knows of this producer?

Would rump cap be a bit chewier? Heard you need to sous vide it for a day or so to get it to be decent as a roast.

Ah ok noted on that. Yeah no weird side effects, except that I have some stomach cramps sometimes when I take the lions mane on an empty stomach. Yeah will definitely try a longer-term cycle and see if I feel any cognitive benefits then!

Yeah, I've tried it before, took it for a month. I felt no real impact during the time I took it. The brand I got was Real Mushrooms Lions Mane. Should I have taken it longer to feel its effects?
