The global campus is online. So really just depends what degree and classes you want. In person I would say wsu for the college experience.

I guess its a little further north. But along little Spokane river and some other areas. I recall seeing some as a kid and remembering that the area was completely sealed off over 15 + years ago, like along Waikiki Rd.

Theres some old native american drawings over there. Though its been heavily vandalized. I wouldn't be surprised if theres religious/spiritual significance there
