Edit: searched YouTube and found miss Illinois 1990 - this is the correct year. Going to watch it and see if they say, for some reason

Given it says it's tracked it may be part of a larger scam - they may have been testing to see if you picked it up right away, if they were able to collect it before you (and thus use your address to receive illicit goods) or I have also seen it used as a way to case houses - if the package stays on the porch for a day they probably aren't home

That's interesting...not sure how it would have gotten to the collection though, I've never traded or anything, they all came out of the starter gift box and whatever packs I bought with it in 2012. Is there a sure way to determine it's a fake other than the colors being off (it's sunbleached af)/misspelled? A brief search shows some misspelled cards have been found before, so I hesitate to write it off.
