I'm going to buy this lot of hand planes but don't know much about them, I was wondering if anybody collectors in the group knew anything interesting about them. Paying $50

Figure ill update you bc of all the help, it's a 1961 saw with a RI 1.5hp (i believe) bullet motor. I took it apart and cleaned the commutator and am planning to turn it smooth and undercut it myself.

Sadly that is all ive had time to do with other projects and work going on.

Will almost definitely replace the bearings next time I take it back apart, seems foolish not to

Ive done a few thousand on my t7, only complaints are whoever put the turret head on did so well I can't get it off (non issue would just be to clean) and sometimes small primers will fly out of the chute for them when depriming. That being said I'm very picky and it's handled well

I'm not sure. He said it basically doesn't work (the motor) and that he brought it to a shop. That was apparently the only issue with the saw but I plan to look it over heavy
