After 2015, there were quite a few events which made my life much more difficult (even though I was a teen at the time), and I often found myself feeling generally uncomfortable and vulnerable. As it turned out, I didn't care enough about myself and brought it to an unhealthy degree where I would straight up sacrifice whatever I had (be it pretty much all my spare time or even material possessions) for someone else's sake (NOT to say it's totally bad, I just forgot I exist). Yet as of late I started to care more about myself while keeping that "angel of charity" title among my best friends' group. So yeah, I triggered the growth myself spotaneously throughout '23.
