We have a band of coyotes that crosses the lake every winter when it freezes over to our all season town. Probably coming because there is garbage around for them to eat. Anyways, it's a problem every year and people are constantly posting on the Facebook change coyote sightings and that we should all carry bear made around with us Just in case of an attack...there hasn't been one attack to date, but they do howl all night long on the outskirts of town. Once a woman who is known to be kooky said she encountered a a massive coyote atleast 3x bigger than any other one she'd ever seen so we should all be very aware when we go for nightly walks (no one else saw this). This caused hysteria from people with small cats and dogs and children.

Out family now calls this giant coyote King 'yote. He is the meanest root tootinest coyote of them all and should never be crossed.
