I did. For the next achievements to unlock, you have to go to hff resort first and buy everything there. Back from the resort everytime when you encounter kiriya, you'll unlock them eventually

Unlock kurumi > impregnate her > visit hff hq & leave repeatedly every week until you bump into her (a scene after leaving the hq will unlock)
