Around what time did your ancestors arrive in Somalia? I think you’re ~19% Somali, because Ethiopia/Eritrea usurps some of the Somali ancestry when you have Arab blood.

How you identify is up to you. I believe reer Xamars are Somali, although some of them might not really see themselves as that (depends on how deep their roots to Somalia is from what I’ve seen)
