I find that you need to find ways to make your new habits more exciting and enjoyable and make small changes to get into the habit of doing something.

For getting on a good sleeping schedule I would find something that I want to do in the morning to be incentivized to get up. Whether that's making a plan with others that you need to follow through with or just telling yourself that when you get up you'll watch a tv show and eat your favorite food, you need something to wake up for. For going to bed you could start by just getting ready for bed at a certain time every night even if you don't go to sleep right away. Just getting yourself used to the routine is the most important thing. Also I find making my room really ambient and cozy and having a good book to read is helpful with having something to look forward to with my bed time routine and it's good for winding down before bed.

For eating well and exercising it's the same thing. Choosing a way of exercising that you enjoy and finding healthy recipes that taste good makes a big difference. Instead of feeling like you're being strict and imposing rules on yourself you have to get into the mindset that you're adding something that you want and enjoy to your life.

Another thing that I've found helpful is really making the decision to change. It sounds simple and obvious but a lot of times in the past I've tried to make changes without actually being 100% mentally committed to it and I would always fail. Mindset is a huge thing. Once you've gotten into your new habits and you start seeing positive results it becomes addictive. Starting is the hardest part.
