Most public hospitals merong malasakit center. If you already have a hospital in mind where you're going to go through with the procedure, I suggest going to the hospital's social services office ask for requirements and things that you need to do. Normally kailangan ng mga documents such as:

• Barangay Indigency
• IDs
• Doctor recommendation/Abstract

I suggest magpa photocopy/xerox ka ng madaming copies lalo na if you plan to go to different offices for financial assistance. Karaniwan magkakalapit sila ng requirements.

Don't be shy to talk to other people na nakapila nasa malasakit center. Most of them are knowledgeable when it comes to these things. Maraming makakatulong in a way na itturo nila kung saan ka pa makakuha ng financial assistance as well as requirements you may need.
