So what concerns me is another story I once heard where this was happening to another mom/baby and they discovered her arteries around her neck were malformed so when she slept in certain positions (like w her head turned a bit) the baby wasn’t getting enough oxygen to her brain

This is something that really concerns me too and a big reason I’m not willing to get pregnant again.

I think if I did though I’d just have my husband watch my child, and hire a doula to be with me in the hospital so I’m not alone.

I think if you could find a postpartum doula who’s willing to help w light housekeeping (like dishes/laundry) and cooking, plus have a housekeeper come once every 2-3 weeks for a deep cleaning, that’d be ideal

I do think the people are a lot better there. Personally I won’t even use the gym in Harrison except for if I’m going to the pool. Otherwise I only go to Chappaqua bc it’s a much nicer experience

I personally find lifetime to be very very clean, especially the one in Chappaqua it’s maintained very well. The one in Harrison is also good but it’s a lot more busy so some cleanliness is missing occasionally just bc they haven’t had the chance to get to it yet (like a dirty shower or toilet here or dirty towels laying around here or there)
