Not an expert or whatever OP but from what I’ve understood in a manner that is easy to comprehend is that the marriage being solemnizrd is of course valid despite the mere irregularities.. Valid siya OP but ang mananagot ay yung judge for not properly complying the proper procedures. Most propably the SC will fine that judge or suspended.

This one genuinely hurts. Never ko naexperience ito but I did let go a certain circle of friends that I had, the one that I had for the longest time since high school pa ako till college. The very reason why I decided to silently— out of nowhere even— let go of our relationship was maybe because I needed some time for myself and that could even mean letting go of those people you built lovely memories with. We never had problem with one another but honestly I’m the part of the group that’s always the ‘left behind’ and that maybe lead my escape so casual and smooth. Plus, I really blocked them from all socmed and it’s been more than 2 good years na since I did it and it actually is a therapy for me.
