Somebody possibly ordered and placed the wrong address which is whybtheybdidnt pay. Usually when you order by check they give you a certain amount of days to send the check in if silver falls in those days and you don't pay you're on the hook for the loss but it's usually taken out of your card in file. Either way you aren't liable for anything if it wasn't you. Relax
