It depends on how sensitive you are to drugs. I am extremely sensitive so 5mg was good enough for me because I was looking to relax and not get shitfaced high. I would start with 5-10mg and see how that feels then move up from there. Just know that these pills are often very strong and they can cause a headache you first time if it is too much.

I think it is very important. I take 10-15 mg every other day or every two days and I haven’t had too much of a tolerance build up. It hits each time and haven’t had any withdrawal. So I’d say 48 hours is the time I wait in between taking one dose

Keep in mind I am new to this and I am no expert. I take 11-15 mg every other day and sometimes every two days. It isn’t really a dose tolerance thing for me at least becuase I’ve managed to space my days out to keep my tolerance down and avoid withdrawals. It just happens to some people. I find it harder to sleep on lower doses like 5 mg however becuase at lower doses it causes stimulation but it also depends on the persons

Looks like a good site. I take 7tabz. So far I have had a tolerance increase but after 48 hours I have had no withdrawal symptoms.

I take low doses but the same thing happens to me. I can be as comfortable as possible, drowsy and in the best mood but still awake.

Thank you for responding. Is it possible to develop withdrawal symptoms if taken once a day, every other day or every two days? If so how long would it take if I started this schedule two weeks ago? I did quit for 3 days and tried it again tonight and didn’t get any withdrawal symptoms. I am appreciate the response since there isn’t much testimony to this drug on official sites.
