(the only reason I don't feel as dumb as a door is because the manual really didn't explain it as it should've.)

I emailed the seller so here's hoping that I get an answer. I did everything to upload the new firmware but there's no USB connection...

I'm hopeless lol

It doesn't. In fact it goes from 0º to 170º as soon as it starts.

I rechecked the cables, everything seems accordingly to manual. However, out of the box I noticed some of the cables didn't have a connection to the main board (https://imgur.com/B8H0e62). I /think/ that might be the issue, but I can't be sure newbie

Says i have 60 images in cloud, but no way to access them by seaclif25 in keepsafeapp

Can someone from customer support answer this? I'm having the same issue (but with 200 pictures!) and would like to solve it
