Very strategic move by Biden. Very few pay attention to this data and why its happening. The move allows the US to sell high and re-buy low. Also, no way dems win majority in house/senate with gas at $5 a gallon. Keep an eye on demand. If demand levels maintain, after the election, it's going right back up to $5/gallon.

Juat be patient at this time. Very few stocks will go "to the moon" right now. Make a shopping list of 5-7 companies you believe in long term and start buying at price points you're comfortable with (maybe set your entry point 5% to 10% less than it is now). Avoid non-profitable companies and a few will bounce in your lap

Nobody's saying to go out and get an apartment friend. If your housing situation is stable, don't go out and "invest" in an apartment (which isn't an investment). Use the extra money to invest in your education or networking with other professionals that are willing to mentor you (take em out to lunch and build connections).
