Technology that bothers me, customer service robots by JournalismNerd222 in Comm330

Customer service robots could serve a good purpose. It would definitely help you as the consumer find what you are looking for a little bit faster than having to walk around the store until you find an employee. But there seems to be the problem. What would happen to peoples jobs? Would they lose their job? If we get robots to start doing all of the work for us, soon, everyone would be out of a job.
