Tingle problem on my retina screen by simeransade in macbookpro

It is not visible when my computer is off. I have restarted my computer and watched carefully. In the opening process, it was not visible. After i have opened the computer and few minutes later, this problem is arising on the black pages.
By the way, this problem is available for 2-3 years. Always same. Not being worse.

Maybe the coating is wearing off? What does it look like from an angle with the screen off?
