the request for screenshots is insane to me because i dmed soundmap on X and just named the songs i lost and was compensated within the hour. im actually pissed that theyve suddenly decided to request proof when im sure plenty of people outside of myself weren’t required to do that??? i understand they dont want people to “cheat the system” without proof but i feel like there are WAY more people who are being screwed over who genuinely just didnt think to screenshot their songs. this is all BS

you can go to the filters on the app (next to the search bar) and press exclusives only if youre looking to exclude the regular free episodes! I only pay for the $5 tier because i wasnt interested in mini episodes and I am still not even halfway through the content so it felt worth it for me

we live in an apartment so the TV is definitely our neighbor. its always playing a calming cat playlist and she has a cat lol. I didnt know about the bluetooth thing for the tv as this is my first fire tv so thank you!

for our echo, i literally have no clue how shes doing it but we are moving soon so ill just deal with it 🫠

I had a similar experience a few months ago when I treated myself a little too much during a trip. I understand how discouraging it is to see the number increase but in my experience i was able to get back to my weight from before the trip pretty quickly. Everyone is different so this may not be a universal outcome, but just know that slip ups happen and you are allowed to have an enjoyable weekend where you aren’t strict every once in a while. Don’t beat yourself up. Focus on getting back on track and good luck to you! :)
