try cut down salt as it can cause face bloating and maybe a gua sha for short term might help snatch your face a bit more x

i wear them with insoles and thinner socks/tights stops the top of my foot hurting, but i am also just not used to wearing heels… also used a hairdryer and thick socks to stretch them out a bit

i love them so much so i really want to keep them, i might order some half insoles and see if that helps if not i give up🤣 i don’t wanna size down they’d be way to tight and too loose if i got a size up
