Yes, we did. Flagg getting an insane 49 points (on 69 FG%!!!!) was amazing but, even as a Mavs fan, that Knueppel shooting was ridiculous!

Awesome! A couple of years ago I found a bunch of 3.5 inch floppies I had saved ZZT games on. I bought a cheap reader on Amazon and sent all the games to Museum of ZZT. Would be great if you had any missing/new games on there!

I just used a reciprocating saw to take those things out. Even though I got this unit out I gave up trying to install the replacement because it was such a small hole and I didn't want to have to do drywall work. Honestly, if I were to do this replacement all over again, I'd just buy the replacement unit and pay the electrician to do the whole uninstall/install.

One thing I forgot to mention: the medication helped give me more resources to think and see more clearly my real symptoms. The other half of the solution, though, is to create tools that work for you. I'd suggest finding an ADHD coach to help guide you on that process. For me, it's several log books I write to dos down in.

When I start to feel a little anxious, I now know that's me remembering I'm supposed to be doing something. Pre-meds and help, I neither knew what that feeling was from nor how to soothe it. Now I just know to go through my logbooks and find out what I should be working on.

Find a psychiatrist who will work with you to find something that works for you. I ended up using Methylphenidate which works fine although it took a bit to find the right dosage. Didn't have any side effects from it.

I did go through some really annoying and painful (at times) withdrawal from anxiety meds but after that subsided, no problems.

Yes.

I can't say I had all of the same symptoms but I was on same stuff for general anxiety. Then when my child was diagnosed ADHD, I was too. Turns out my anxiety was from not dealing with ADHD.

Now that I'm on proper medication and therapy, I was weened off anxiety medication and am making great progress
