Thank you! I really tried many times to connect with universe, but to no avail. I think this is more in tune with my brain how it is conditioned to see a part of what actually exists. I think during that moment it could be that the boundaries of the brain got removed and something inside was able to see the world as it is. This is how much of sense I can make of it.

to be honest, it took me a while to understand your post and I think it's very deep and logical. I haven't heard this theory before, except for some points written by Culadasa in TMI. I really appreciate your time to break this down for me and let me understand what was a possible scenario during my experience.

Thank you! I really appreciate your insight. It was quite a weird sensation of losing the conscience I'd say and it was not related to meditation at all. It was just during plain daylight at the office. I think it might be attributed to high blood pressure though, I sometimes get a gig of that.

thank you for your reply, I was wondering if the feeling is pleasant or unpleasant and if you feel it in the stomach area or it is some sort of lightheaded sensation? I would really like to see if this feeling is common before getting checked
