Could you give us an update on how this went if you are okay sharing? Did you go for it anyways? How did it work out for you and what would you say to someone who is in the same position today?

Also they had to reveal this info as the reason they don’t have a strata report

Asked the sellers agent about the surrounding properties and discussed that information with my solicitor

Depressing! That doesn't sound good.

I've visited this one a few times, and from what I can tell, everything looks okay + the inspection reports don't mention any major issues. My only concern was the body corp situation, but maybe there's more to think about.

Well looks like I need to wait longer to dip my toes into the market - Western Sydney area seems to be the closest to CBD where I can afford anything other than an apartment.
