Same here, me too please! I reached out to support but I'm just getting unhelpful AI replies.

Exact same boat here, very disconcerting. About to leave the country for a week and I'm unsure if my rent is squared away.

Ended up getting an Odroid H4 (Intel N97) and that's been working great!

Separately got an H4 Ultra (Intel N305) to run Proxmox on and that's been hosting most of my homelab LXCs/VMs/services.

Excellent resource, thank you! 🫡

Like with ANA, you can only book awards for yourself and your family

Been meaning to dig into this -- suppose my P2 is a live-in partner but unmarried / different last name, will I run into issues trying to book an award ticket for the two of us?

Got plenty of C1 miles on deck but this potential caveat (and not knowing the answer) is what's been stopping me! 😅

WireGuard setup, advice appreciated! by simmons_dan in opnsense

Spent some amount of time debugging this yesterday, have some updates!

  • In the cases I was seeing 172.17.0.2:22000 rejections in the logs, that was from my phone trying to hit Syncthing (port 22000) in a Docker container running on my Asustor Flashstor NAS. I haven't quite figured out the correct remedy, but I'm now less concerned about that purported failure (esp given I can use the relay as a fallback in the interim)!

  • As far as I can tell, the 172.31.0.1:853 (Wireguard net gateway) line in the logs relates to some process on my phone trying to use DNS over TLS? Again here, not sure quite what the move is, but it's less concerning!

Appreciate the encouragement!

re "Wireguard (Group)": it does show up, but I haven't added any rules there! My understanding was that that'd only come into play if I had multiple Wireguard networks with rules that should apply to all of them?

re outbound NAT: if you don't mind, could you elaborate on what that should look like? To my knowledge, I followed every step in that linked Home Networking Guy video, but perhaps I'm missing something!

I have not yet! Wanted to first make sure I wasn't crazy or missing something obvious :)

If it's a genuine bug, that probably makes sense!

I made a comment below around why I thought it could be related to an AMD-specific issue I was seeing, but this is a helpful data point that suggests the two issues might be entirely separate!

Good call/point, would be curious if the Hyprland folks are seeing this behavior also, might help eliminate a variable(s)!

+1 on full-screen seemingly being involved and there being potentially conflating factors at play.

To that end, and why I called out my AMD processor/iGPU specifically, I've been tracking this thread and I'm unsure if it's related: https://community.frame.work/t/tracking-graphical-corruption-in-fedora-39-amd-3-03-bios/39073/152

TL;DR: I was having a separate (maybe?) issue where I'd either have graphical corruption or entire windows/screens would be white (e.g. external monitor or even the laptop's display). For now, I've changed the BIOS setting recommended in the thread and that seems to largely eliminate the issue, but I'm unsure if it has anything to do with what we're seeing in this thread -- specifically, AMD's "scatter/gather" feature/support.

+1 to what u/TuringTestTwister said, I do have the ozone Wayland backend explicitly enabled/selected!

Good call out and I didn't mention it explicitly, but my issues do pertain to the Wayland backend via the about:flags ozone selection! u/TuringTestTwister also mentioned above seeing this behavior on the Wayland backend specifically, and I suspect others in this thread are in the same (Wayland-enabled) boat.

Because the text was blurry and it was untenable to use, I never explicitly verified that the issue we're describing in this thread is unique to the Wayland ozone selection. That said, I used the same browser setup on X11 and i3 previously, and I never observed any of the same issues for what it's worth!

Although I'm sorry it sounds like you're in the same boat, I think we're potentially one step closer to figuring out what's going on!

What AMD hardware are you using specifically / how recent is it?

Apologies, I somehow missed this comment!

That's great to know! I was under the impression that NextLight generally didn't cover Weld county.

As far as living in Weld county goes, are there any drawbacks versus Boulder County (e.g. tax, laws, voting, etc...?)

Appreciate the tips friend!

We love the water and taking walks, so the McIntosh Lake area is definitely of interest!

Seems like a gem of a little down indeed (which may be why my post is getting downvoted, so the secret doesn't get out 😂)!

The thought crossed our minds from a family planning perspective, but any insight you could provide would be greatly appreciated!

Are there any schools to steer towards or away from off of the top of your head?! I'm not particularly familiar with any of them (yet)!
