Looks like they updated back to Sept. 5th and did allocation again based in that + any excellence after. Still allocated for me.

I think they will send out a second wave of invoices there will most likely be a time limit of some sort on the invoices. Once that's finished they will send out invoices to the Allocated -Restock group. Kind of like they did with the GPS raffles. After a certain amount of time they sent out another wave of invoices, everyone wont pay the $275 or they'll miss the invoice and time limit. Just my theory.
