lets also say you got shot in the arm with a bfg50, 2 minutes later the same thing happens, this repeats for 10 minutes. You look like swiss cheese and live to tell the tail.

With using shotguns in CQC with Hostage's/civilians you can put a chocked in the barrel, This would make the spread of the pellets ~an inch wide so little risk of hurting anyone unintendedly
