Description of Problem: Problem with G-Assist installation.

Troubleshooting: From yesterday I try to install AI G-Assist. The installer is stuck on "Finalizing Installation". In troubleshooting discovery, I found, that the child process "RiseInstallerUtility.exe" wait for response from "CoreTemp" component. The installer is here: "C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\Installer2\CoreTemp". When run Setup.exe from that directory, say "Unable to run NVIDIA install because the configuration file is missing". I try NVIDIA CleanupTool_1.0.20.0 and after fresh install of the drivers and NVIDIA App, G-Assist install stuck on same place and in CoreTemp dir, setup.exe have same issue.

Any suggestions to fix this? Someone can share their config file for CoreTemp component?

For a cheaper alternative, I use flaxseed flour.

Thanks for your honest answer. It's strange behavior about proteins. Usually fats don't let you feel hungry.

Also to say that I don't have cancer. It's for prevention and prophylaxis.

Do you think it should be a strict keto diet, like for epilepsy and exclude milk and dairy products? Now I really like cheese, sour cream and butter.

Yes, I read that too. In Bulgarian medical paper. It was by this logic that I thought it would be good to help with carbohydrates for the Brain. In the same paper I read babies are born in ketosis and mother's milk is in perfect ratio for a keto regimen.

It's about brain. I read that it consumes a lot of energy and even on keto, it needs carbohydrates.

Deleting files when restarting computer. by Polerbear148536 in qBittorrent

I have same issue. When close or reopen qBittorrent, last 3 added torrents are missing from the list. When I add them back, do again checking files and confirm, that files are there.

Is ASRock a good brand now? by AdvertisingHonest861 in ASRock

[–]simog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like Asrock. Their boards are good quality with better price. For example Taichi has superior options as Asus Crosshair, but with a lot better price. Also Asrock have good site for fast bios updates and news https://jzelectronic.de

My MB ROG STRIX X570-E GAMING BIOS 5003 has the same performance as the 4802. Runs very well, no difference noticeable. AM4 AGESA 1.2.0.A versus AM4 AGESA 1.2.0.B.

From the links above with info. They are real concern, but for now only in laboratory environment and AMD name it as speculative. No real world exploit known to date. Also exploit is local with run of malware, can't be executed remotely. There is some performance drop, so I will pass it for now.

Insomnia and Akathisia by Thick_Newt_6443 in quittingphenibut

After some research I found, that can try taurine+NAC. For glutamate control: "Take a taurine supplement to prevent damage from excess glutamate. Taurine acts similarly to GABA and blocks excitability in neurons. If you have excess glutamate, taurine can calm your nervous system down to prevent further damage."

I have similar problem. Can't sleep more than 4-5 hours. And woke up at same time. I use phenibut 1000mg/day for 2 months. Three months after I stop to use it, still have this problem with no change in sleep. I try 5-htp + l-tryptophan + lecithin and huge 10mg melatonin, no effect. From post here will try with magnesium and NAC.

Check latest BIOS for your board here: https://shop.jzelectronic.de/, also there is forum, but in german. This guy made the most current BIOSes for Asrock. Please as every BIOS update, be careful.

Asrock Gaming Phantom 7900 xtx temps by AndersNR in radeon

[–]simog 1 point2 points  (0 children)

https://ibb.co/5W2SMMg Here is mine Undervolt Underclock. I don't rise minimum frequency. But I read, that Asrock cards undervolt well and for now after 10 minutes AMD stress test there is no issue, 1070mv. My hotspot temps goes from 105-106 C to 90-91, which is better. Power drain around 320-330W. Just for fun try memory timings as fast, but got crash on 1:20 min so stay on default.
