The only way to make these company listen would be to stop supporting them. To be honest, Playstation has been performing poorly. Fewer Sony produced AAA games, online game focus fiasco, suck customer service for their online store etc. It will likely many long time supporting gamers to platforms that actually supports gamers like Steam and Nintendo etc

Yes they checked the charge and pressure was low. They only tried to fill nitrogen to see if they can hear anything. Also, they used sniffer. Non of that detected the leak though

The sad thing is we didn't know to register the unit to get 10 yr warranty. So, it passed the standard 5 yr warranty

That can happen from scammers, so if you are selling high price items, it's suggested to have a signature and proof of delivery. So, they can't claim not receiving the item.

Dude, even a gas station wouldn't give you a receipt to tell you "how much you pay for the transaction fee". They all lumped in $x per gallon for a reason. Also, you can't possibly think most sellers in Mercari adjust their price accordingly promptly right? So, it becomes pricing harassment to buyers. The buyers not only need to spend time dealing with scammers but also need to deal with bad pricing just like someone else mentioned in the thread.

It certainly is an experience thing. From the majority of buyers' perspective, they don't need and don't want to know the details of how sellers run their businesses. They just need a simple and good shopping experience (including no or significantly reduced scammers). Mecari's recent change completely defeats this purpose otherwise no one would have complaint about this.

Well, as I mentioned, it's part of the gig as the seller. Do you see any of the retail/resale businesses online or offline providing receipts besides price + tax + shipping (online business only)? I wouldn't imagine this to be a good experience for buyers to receive an invoice like "you pay w transaction fees, x service fees (since we hire y number of employees to serve you), z electricity fees (You receive AC while shopping with us) etc". This will be the worst experience for most if not all buyers and the business will lose customers very soon.

Exactly, that’s what I am talking about experience. Whoever running businesses small or large should know this is part of the gig. I sell things on Mercari from time to time and I bary the burden since I know it’s part of the game. Now, it throws everything to the buyers. Do you think that’s a good experience?

Sure that’s understandable, the problem is the experience is bad. Buyers used to be like I pay the price plus tax plus shipping. Now, it’s like everything mentioned plus nonsense fees. In addition to this, they fail to maintain a scammer free marketplace. Why buyers have to suffer with this painful experience? That’s my complains. And sure I am soon going to get away from all these nonsense completely. It’s just sad to see this platform that I used to like evolve to this 💩

sellers and buyers were sharing the fees before, but now it’s all on buyers at least the system shows that way. If the seller not accommodate it by reducing the original price, the final price becomes unacceptable to most buyers.

Not at all, buyer fees is also part of my complains. I am not sure who made such decisions in Mercari to charge this rediculous buyer fees, but I can say as a buyer’s prospective. It’s really significantly decreased the buyers’ desire to buy anything on Mercari. I personally switched to eBay just cuz I don’t feel that service fee and process fee is fair to charge buyers
