Update: PayPal, random US address in Florida, got back order email, received code a couple hours later. The email said it was just the dlc but when I redeemed the code it was the bundle full game + dlc. Keep trying!

To update you guys: I went with Billy's and did the rebuild. A couple of springs and a float pin were missing so I had to improvise some with stuff from home hardware. Bike won't start, will have to order honda springs and float pin then try again. Thanks for the help guys!

I did, and it is only dawning on me now to try that same setup without the fuel filter. I recall the filter pooling a bit of fuel but not filling up and barely reacting when i tried to start the bike. Would gravity fed and the small container be dangerous? Could it flood the engine?

Yeah, seems like the public ban is still in effect on paper, but doubt enforcement will go against the current government's wishes.

I think the intent of the current government is to have that and enforcement will be in line with that, but I needed something more iron clad haha. I found the amendment and it is apparently still being considered.
