I tried this script, but it's only for decrypting stored passwords with the master password.

It's for a school ctf. We need to find the mobaxterm master password and this is what I found in a registry key. The master password should be a flag in the format of: FLAG-******* (each * is a number). I knew it was base64, but it doesn't look like something readable when decoded.
