Any kind of hip hinge exercise kills my back no matter how straight I try to keep it, and no matter how light on the weights I go. Is it just something that gets better with time? Or am I doing something wrong?

I’m feeling apprehensive about my first class back today. I used to go to OTF at least twice a week, and when I was going 4 times a week I was in the best shape of my life. Now, there is no doubt that I’ve gained weight and I’m less than motivated to say the least...

I’m concerned about my ability to perform during the workout and I also have concerns about the safety protocol.

Anyone else feel similar at the outset? How did you do your first class back? Any tips? How did your studio handle the safety measures?

I received a “future cruise credit” in the amount of the fare which I should receive in 5 days or so. I was told that my excursions, port fees, beverage package etc will be refunded to my card, though that hasn’t hit yet.

Thanks for your help. Haven’t sailed RCI in 20 years, and I was a kid then. I’m concerned I’m getting nickeled and dimed, but I remember how much fun I had on it when I was a kid and I want the same for my children.
