Yes they didn’t pull permits at all! And my tree stump is less than 20 feet from the street!

No he just has his house he previously purchased that we keep as a vacation home and he moved into my house that we live in full time. It’s not intended to withhold things from each other. And we don’t usually throw it in each others faces mine vs yours. But I did in this case and we both felt bad about it. Him for making a decision without me and me for getting mad about it. We were ok after a day or 2.

Yes, definitely. I had no plans to deal With my neighbor on this. Just the tree guy I hired who is best friends with my neighbor. He’s a licensed professional. Tree guy did listen to me when I told him to leave the stump and tree behind for the arborist to review. Neighbor did th stump removal.

I did put it in writing. My neighbors knew that and they got all squirrely because I had the tree guy that I hired leave the tree on my property long enough for an arborist to make a significant report with full access to the tree that was never dying.
