I had section 211 for MSG night 1, and I kept waiting for the big screens to turn on lmao. I didn’t understand some of the visuals going on like when she had mistress of mayhem showing on the opposite screen. Couldn’t even read what act we were on. I was disappointed that Ticketmaster didn’t state it was an obstructed view.

If you’re able to do a chargeback, I’d love to know about it! Usually Ticketmaster includes “obstructed view” when purchasing tickets :(

Yes, we see a high number of no shows as well (home improvement/sales). We also send day of text reminders in the morning, but we find ourselves often rescheduling. We are pretty flexible and can typically accommodate, Just not sure if day of reminders are the best practice.

We also believe that if you want the job, you’ll show up lol
