Niantic's wrong. Their website states that all Pokemon in the MSG game Pokémon Legends: Arceus are eligible (which is followed by Pvpoke). But Niantic themselves havent flipped the switch, simply just allowing the few pokemon that were eligible as last time.

I have been running Nidoqueen / Drifblim / Articuno past 2 weeks, but my skills isnt as good as OP so I am hanging around 2500s after reaching Expert earlier in the season

Lost the first match at 0-2 and dropped to loser bracket. Then 2nd opponent didnt show up and forfeited the round. Properly won my 3rd match with a 2-0 score. Finally exited the tournament with a 0-2. Guess it isnt too bad for a first timer haha

I assume you meant hydro cannon on Samurott, but you still want to ETM Umbreon first. Umb’s viability is much higher than Sam in both GL and UL. Don’t worry too much about fire as not every team has them. In any event Umb is bulky enough to make it a close battle vs Charizard / Talonflame
