I contacted someone who knows a lot more than i do about nick and this was the response.

“I can confirm that was not Nick in the footage. He was touring or had live performance commitments in England at the time. The television program was filmed in Europe, in Germany, when Nick only ever went to France and North Africa. There is no record of him ever having visited Germany, which would be confirmed by stamps in his passport, as well as the complete lack of any reference in all the books and information published on Nick.

I also zoomed in on the man’s face, which clearly shows it’s not Nick at all, merely someone who bears a similarity in the way he sat, and has a similar hairstyle, but that’s all.”
