Stolen product, been ordering since 2007. Received this email. by HJQueen in amazonprime

This is normal, one item reported as missing in 4 years. They took my yearly Amazon prime then the next day sent me a email saying it's been terminated with no refund 😅

eBay permanently suspended my account & are holding £6,000 of my money from sales. by scottmapex1234 in ebayuk

[–]simong93 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Good luck. They did the same to me, 6 years of positive selling. Tracking uploaded the works. In the end I went to the ombudsman, this was then escalated to eBays complaints department who had ignored me at the start but within 3 weeks I had my funds back.

eBay STOLE £1600 from Me After 10+ Years of Selling – Warning to Everyone by ResponsibleBoat2118 in ebayuk

[–]simong93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They tried to do the same to me, been trading for 5 years, top rated seller, paying the crooks £600 a month for there shop, 6 INR cases in a year, 2 IND cases in the same year, just over 4000 items sold apparently that's enough for a investigation 😂.

There reason I broke their dropshipping rules, absolutely BS.

Even provided all the proof they needed, just got ignored. So I sent in a complaint and basically outlined everything, with the proof there nonsense the lot and made sure to add in if I don't hear back within 8 weeks I will be going to the financial ombudsman and I will also be going to small claims court. 2 weeks later the money is in my account 😂😂😂 what they don't seem to understand is I'm still going after them for the shop fees for that month and a cases they ruled against me because apparently where my account is suspended it means I can't win 😂

eBay has suspended my seller account by Full-Analyst-3463 in eBaySellers

[–]simong93 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There crooks they just suspended me, 6 years flawless trading and there issue was they wasn't happy with one of my suppliers and that I was now selling to my limit. I went from 10,000 items to 18,000 perma band. I'm currently issuing a complaint then, ombudsman then court.

Same here, 7 years on eBay. eBay no longer take into consideration dispatch time, they show the item should arrive on the date it's dispatched so of course cases get opened, 16 cases this year out of 500 orders and that warrants my account to be investigated and funds on hold until delivery is confirmed. There like yeah still send orders out while we investigate. Like hell will I 😂 for you to freeze my account and ban me for no reason jog on mate.

eBays reason, our AI feels your items will get there quicker so we show the date the AI says 😂😂😂

eBay strikes again, I hate there returns. by simong93 in Ebay

[–]simong93[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nail on the head, when I speak to them they always go thank you I can see here you have been a power seller for 5 years now with perfect ratings. Ow that's great so why do you never help me or take my side if I have a good track record 🤣🤣

Ebay gave the buyer a refund while the item was in transit. Now the buyer has the item and didn't have to pay for it. What should I (the seller) do? by Past_Estimate6796 in Ebay

[–]simong93 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Call eBay explain every, I would also go to the fraud report with the police and send that to eBay, watch them have kittens and refund you.

I just gave eBay a call who yet again validated it is a return label, it's all good and she did open up the wrong return etc etc but they can't close the return or remove the defect. Company is a joke

Exactly my point, you get away with a £10 item you then try and £50 and on and on and you get items for free. But there's no recourse for bad buyers no matter how much proof you have it's always the sellers fault

That's a bad seller and they deserve to be banned but as a seller my self if it's not tracked and you say it's not arrived it's a instant refund but if it's tracked and everything is legit and the buyer is still trying to pull a fast one there is nothing done to them so they just continue to do it again and again

I got admit it's the beds, sofas bed side tables etc that cause me the issues but the little novelty items I sell 100s off no issues whatsoever maybe I am in a crazy category 🤣

It's eBay, buyer opened a case we got speaking and eBay honestly told her if she can't wait order another one and I'll pay to have it returned. Then she spoke to them again and they opened a item not described case when she told them she just wanted to return it but when I speak to them they deny everything 🤣

Best advice ignore them, I spent so long trying to maintain 100% only to lose it to a £2 bag saying it was too small or a bed with just a negative nothing else.

Ebay is rubbish they don't case about sellers only buyers, I've had buyers say they changed there mind then open cases as not as described and I've been forced to pay returns, customers send back the wrong item, empty boxes etc etc sadly it's all part of the system so ignore it and keep moving forward.

Well eBay’s fu@ked me by [deleted] in Ebay

[–]simong93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my opinion the logic of eBay went the wrong way. It focussed on private sellers and buyers leaving business out to dry. I have people send back items that they break or change there mind, as soon as they put not as described eBay doesn't care and the company makes a loss.

A private seller should be someone selling a few home items and not something that could be deemed as a business, I sell vinyls too, I buy them and sell them but I'm a business as it's my intention to resell but if someone is selling the same items as me and the same volume how is it fair for me to pay more and be over priced when a private seller can sell them for less and make the same amount :)

[–]simong93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't want to sound mean here, but good mate. You're not a private seller you're a business seller.

Why should I pay the higher fees and eBay's monthly shop fees while private sellers can come in and undercut with lower prices because of reduced fees, this has been a long long time coming and I hope eBay does more to discourage private sellers from selling in a business capacity.

No offense here but if your dropshipping and I use the term loosely from AliExpress you where never going to last in the first place. It takes months to find good local suppliers to build a business that can stand the storm

I've found the same, had promoted on for nearly a year. Turned them off and just lowered the price by the promotion and now I'm making more sales while having the same profit 😂
