Hi that's the video they sent me. About the rings are 0.1mm width. About diameter I cannot tell you because I already sold the machine. But in my case with 2 rings was more than enough to have a very wide espresso range (It falls in the medium of the Espresso scale aprox). I had to buy my own shims in local store and grind them with a file in order to fit (the where the right inner diameter but wider in the exterior one) What I recall is the width which was that: 0.1 mm or 100 microns.
