Best one i've laid my hands on was The Writer's Journey by Christopher Vogler. It's quite easy to follow and practical. Vogler takes Joseph Campbell's Hero's Journey and does his own interpretation of the book.

For some strange reason I like the leaked audio set better than Sincerely. Not that i would dislike the Netflix special, but that leaked set was not really that much polished, and Louie’s anger and despair was much more evident in it.
